Overall

This is a nice brush that performs well but it is not worth $85. There are cheaper brushers (e.g. Inika) that perform just as well for a lot less $$$

This brush is to die for. Densely packed, it is the softest kabuki brush I have come across and it is the perfect size for the Becca Boudoir Skin Mineral Foundation. Being retractable, it is easy to throw in your makeup bag for a weekend away - and you don't have to worry about the bristles getting dirty or touching anything else in your makeup bag. I find the best way to get an even, fresh coverage with this brush is to press it to the powder, then press the brush lightly several times across each section of my face (cheeks, nose, forehead and chin) and then gently buff it in.
