
Seven ways to love your body!
Exfoliate
Choose your weapon: exfoliant, exfoliating buffing cloth, body brush or a combination; it's up to you. When you exfoliate your body, your body lotion will be absorbed far better which leaves you with smoother, softer skin.
Moisturise from within
Drink water for skin hydration and take an omega supplement if your skin is on the dry side.
Restore with Sleep
Everything regenerates when you sleep. Your mind calms, your cells regenerate and your body gets the rest it needs to be active during the day. It's called beauty sleep for a reason - you'll look healthier and feel happier!
Get it supple
Choose a body lotion or butter or a nourishing body oil that feels great and use it after you've exfoliated your body.
Stretch
Cats stretch for a good reason - it feels good and awakens the joints and muscles. Before you get out of bed, have a good stretch. Even better: do it at the park or a tranquil yoga class!
Massage
We all need touch and a little TLC as day-to-day stresses build up in our bodies. A massage means time to let go and de-stress. It's an essential!
Exercise
It releases endorphins, stops the mind chatter, increases your circulation and makes you feel good. Be it a simple walk or an upbeat zumba class, your body will love you back!
