Grand Amour is the fragrance of serene passion; its inspiration does not come from an encounter, a story or a place. Grand Amour was born from Annick Goutal's desire to create a new perfume for herself, a fragrance close to her heart, to accompany her and speak of love – for love, after all, "is everything". Grand Amour is the second fragrance that Annick created for herself, after Passion. Passion described her passionate love of the time, while Grand Amour is a fragrance that tells of her serene passion for her husband, the cellist Alain Meunier. These two fragrances reflect the love that Annick felt at different times of her life.

Composition
The perfect balance of a bouquet of white flowers on a bed of amber accords:
- Lily
- Honeysuckle
- Hyacinth
- Turkish rose, jasmine from Grasse and mimosa from the Indies
- A base that blends amber, vanilla and myrrh
