DIRECTIONS:
For a sheer wash of colour apply directly to the eye. Or, for a richer, budge proof, intensifying look match with corresponding Bloom Eye Shadow. To give the eye a gorgeous sultry dewy look, apply eye colour cream to the whole eye. Then add eye definer along the lash line and blend.
