DIRECTIONS:
Smudge pencil after application with Napoleon Perdis 7r or 5a sable makeup brush. Set the pencil for seriously long staying power with any eyeshadow. Keep sharp with Napoleon Perdis Sharpener. Create a mess free, smoky eye by smudging pencil over the lid, then setting with eye shadow. Intensify any eyeshadow colour by applying pencil underneath – smudge with a brush to create a soft or sharp line first then press the shadow on top for highly pigmented, long lasting colour.
