DIRECTIONS:
Not only for use with loose dusts, any makeup can be intensified and made waterproof when mixed with Cake Line Sealer. Only a couple of drops does the trick, then mix until you have the right consistency (slightly thinner than mascara). For fine eyeliner use 2H Liner Brush.
