Bloom Lip Definer

DIRECTIONS:
Who said lip gloss doesn't last? Just fill in your lips with Bloom's Lip Definer, blend using the Lip Brush, and follow with a coat of Lip Gloss. Your lips will shimmer (and stay that way) for hours. Can also be applied over Bloom Lipstick for extra glamour.

Polybutene, Castor Oil, Octyl Palmitate, Tricontanyl PVP, Mandarin Orange Oil, Vanilla Planifolia Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Evening Primrose Oil, Calendula Officinalis Oil.
