DIRECTIONS:
Apply to the entire lid, focusing on the outer corner of the eye. Blend gently so that colour graduates from intensity in the creases to a lighter effect on the brow. For more intensity, add colour near the lashes of the upper eyelid and under lower lashes or use Clarins eyeliner pencil in matching shade.
