Laura Mercier's Basic Colour is a crème that evaporates to a dry finish leaving a long-lasting semi-matte colour. Laura combined the exceptional perfecting base of the Eye Basics formula with natural hues to create this key product. Water-resistant & crease proof, Basic Colour slips on like a second skin leaving a rich satin wash of colour on the eyelid.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply to the eyelid with the Crème Eye Colour Brush, Crème Eye Detail Brush or blend with your fingertips. Use a small amount, working into the lid for a sheer, natural application. Try using several Basic Colours together as semi-matte crème eye colours - first apply a light colour all over & follow with a medium colour on the lid, blended well at the crease. Finish with a deeper shade close to the lash line for added definition.
