DIRECTIONS:
Use the Brow Grooming Brush to place eyebrow hair where you want it. If desired, begin by giving structure with an Eye Brow Pencil. Choose a color of Eye Brow Duo to achieve the desired shade & apply. Finish the eyebrow by applying a small amount of Brow Gel using the spiral-designed brush to help create the desired shape.
