DIRECTIONS:
Begin by brushing brows upward & outward with the Eye Brow Groomer or the Double Ended Eye Brow Brush. Sharpen pencil to a fine point. Lightly stroke pencil to create tiny, hair-like lines for a natural look. Draw lines in the same direction as hair growth.
