DIRECTIONS:
Use the Brow Grooming Brush to place eyebrow hair where you want it. If desired, begin by giving structure with an Eye Brow Pencil. Choose a color or mix them to achieve your desired shade with the Double Ended Eye Brow Brush - the larger end works best for filling in large areas & the smaller end for more detailed work. Use wet for: Extremely thick brows, more definition & precision - ideal for filling in missing hairs & scars - as well as for the fine line at the end of the brow. Use dry for: A more natural, soft-focus effect. Ideal for well-shaped brows that just need a bit of intensity & do not require filling in.
