DIRECTIONS:
Use with the Flat Eye Liner Brush, Pointed Eye Liner Brush or both. Dip the brush into clean water, then work the Eye Liner into a thick paste. Use the point of the Flat Eye Liner Brush to dot Eye Liner between individual lashes - a personal technique of Laura Mercier's. For added definition, use either brush to apply another line of colour just above the roots of the upper lashes & just below the roots of the lower lashes - reapply for added intensity, specifically on the upper lid & at the outer corners. If desired, alter the shape of the line to slightly redefine or enhance the shape of the eyes - slightly lifting the line at the outward corner adds lift to the eye. Afraid of liquid liner? Try this: Create a very sheer line with a drier brush & less water - go over a second time if you want to add more color.
