DIRECTIONS:
This is a must have for women who hate to apply their Lipstick over and over. Apply to bottom lip only and press lips together. Be sure Primer is evenly distributed prior to Lipstick application. For eyes, apply directly onto a clean lid from lash to brow and blend with ring finger until evenly distributed.
