APIVITA is Greece’s leading manufacturer in natural products.
It was founded in 1979 by Niki and Nikos Koutsianas, a couple of pharmacists, who had a passion for nature and were inspired by the bee, the flora of Greece – Europe’s richest – and Hippocrates’ holistic philosophy. The name Apivita comes from the Latin words apis (bee) and vita (life), which sum up the identity and philosophy of the company.
APIVITA combines bee products (honey, propolis, royal jelly), titrated plant extracts from the rich Greek flora (such mastic, dittany, sea fennel, and olive oil) and pure essential oils to produce natural, scientifically tested and effective products. APIVITA comprises three main product ranges: Propoline, Express, and Aromatherapy.
